Job Description
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Track daily employee attendance and follow up on absences, lateness and irregularities
Prepare and submit regular attendance report for permanent and contractual employee
Record and follow up on daily laborer attendance
Prepare bi- weekly payment schedule for daily laborers.
Ensure attendance data is accurate and aligned with payroll requirements
Assist in maintaining discipline and reporting personnel- related issues
Monitor and follow up on office at project site
Supervise security service at project site
Control and monitor office equipment project sites
Report any asset loss, damage or security incident to senior HR and Management
About You
Qualifications
Bachelor Degree in Human resource management, public Administration, Business Management or related fields
Experience Requirements
Minimum 3 years work experience
