Job Description

Brief Summary

We are seeking an exceptional Group CEO Senior Advisor to provide strategic guidance and support to our CEO and executive team. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of business operations, excellent leadership skills, and a strong track record of driving growth and success in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic advice and counsel to the Group CEO and executive team on key business decisions and initiatives
  • Conduct analysis and research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and develop recommendations for growth and improvement
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement business strategies, plans, and policies
  • Facilitate communication and coordination between departments and teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of plans
  • Identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans to ensure business continuity
  • Represent the organization in external forums, such as conferences, meetings, and other events, as required

Requirements

  • MBA or Master’s degree in a relevant field (such as Business Administration, Economics, or Finance) from a recognized Ethiopian or international university
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in a similar industry or sector
  • Proven track record of driving business growth, innovation, and success in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions
  • Fluency in English and Amharic, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working in a multicultural environment, with a strong understanding of Ethiopian business culture and practices
  • Professional certifications, such as a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) or a Certified Public Manager (CPM), are an added advantage
