Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation of projects and initiatives, under the guidance of experienced professionals

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from a recognized Ethiopian university
• Recent graduate with less than two years of work experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
• Ability to learn quickly, adapt to new situations, and demonstrate a positive and proactive attitude
• Fluency in English, with knowledge of other local languages being an added advantage
• Willingness to commit to a minimum of one year of training and development with the organization
