Job Title: Branch Business Relationship Manager – RMSME – Gimbi Branch
Brief Summary
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Branch Business Relationship Manager to join our team at our Gimbi Branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing our business relationships with Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the region. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional to contribute to the growth and success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective business relationship management strategies to acquire and retain SME and MSME clients
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry trends
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, providing exceptional customer service and support
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including cross-selling and upselling of our products and services
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and product teams, to develop and implement business growth strategies
- Monitor and analyze client feedback, market trends, and competitor activity to inform business decisions and improve our services
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics, contributing to the overall growth and success of the branch
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field from a recognized Ethiopian university
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business relationship management, sales, or a related field, with a focus on SME and MSME clients
- Proven track record of success in business development, sales, and customer relationship management
- Strong knowledge of the Ethiopian business environment, with a focus on the SME and MSME sectors
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze market trends, client feedback, and competitor activity
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Fluency in Amharic and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
