We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Survey & Lead Generation Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting field surveys, generating leads, and collecting data to support our business development efforts. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct field surveys to collect data and gather information from customers, stakeholders, and other relevant parties
  • Generate leads and identify new business opportunities through field research and outreach efforts
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers to promote our products and services
  • Analyze data and provide insights to support business development and marketing strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales and marketing objectives
  • Prepare and submit reports on field survey findings and lead generation activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized Ethiopian university
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field, preferably in a similar industry
  • Proven track record of success in lead generation and sales
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with Ethiopian market trends and business environment
  • Fluency in Amharic and English; proficiency in other local languages is an advantage
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively throughout Ethiopia
