Crusher / Miller Operators

Brief Summary

We are seeking experienced and skilled Crusher / Miller Operators to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for operating and maintaining crushing and milling equipment in a safe and efficient manner. Key Responsibilities

• Operate crushing and milling equipment to produce high-quality products while ensuring safety and efficiency
• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on equipment to minimize downtime and optimize performance
• Monitor and control the quality of raw materials and finished products to meet company standards
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth production workflow and achieve production targets
• Implement and maintain safety procedures to prevent accidents and injuries
• Keep accurate records of production, maintenance, and other relevant activities

Requirements

• Diploma or Certificate in a relevant field such as mechanical engineering, mining, or a related technical field from a recognized Ethiopian institution
• At least 2 years of experience in operating crushing and milling equipment in a mining, quarrying, or construction environment
• Valid operator’s license or certification for heavy machinery operation
• Strong knowledge of safety procedures and protocols
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Physical ability to work in a demanding environment and lift heavy loads when required
