Cooperative Support Officer

Job Description

The Cooperative Support Officer is responsible in strengthening cooperative performance, governance, and sustainability through improved operations, milk quality, and financial management.

Act as the main link between the company and cooperatives
Monitor daily operations /Ensure proper milk handling and equipment use /
Enforce milk quality standards
Improve record-keeping and financial discipline
Improve efficiency and traceability
Track volume, quality, and performance
Identify and resolve challenges and escalate critical risks
About You
Education: Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, agribusiness, business management, or any other related field.
Relationship management
Practical problem-solving
Basic financial understanding
Field independence
