Consultant Talent Pool

Brief Summary

We are seeking highly skilled and experienced professionals to join our Consultant Talent Pool. Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on various projects and initiatives
• Conduct research, analysis, and assessments to identify solutions to client problems
• Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and other events to build client capacity
• Prepare and present reports, proposals, and other documents to clients and stakeholders

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, etc.) from a recognized Ethiopian university
• At least 5 years of experience in a consulting or related field, with a proven track record of delivering results
• Professional certification in a relevant field (e.g. MBA, PMP, etc.) is an advantage
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on client service
• Fluency in English and Amharic is required; knowledge of other local languages is an advantage
• Strong analytical, research, and report-writing skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
• Experience working with international organizations, NGOs, or private sector companies is an advantage
• Knowledge of Ethiopian labor laws, regulations, and industry standards is a plus
