Selection Procedure and Requirements

Selection of consulting firms will be based on technical competency including but not limited to expertise and experience in the area of Policy and strategic plan development
Experience in preparing manuals and strategic plans that ensure the inclusion of persons with disabilities and other marginalized groups of society in the labor market will be considered.
Experience working with business networks, employer associations, or private sector engagement platforms will be an asset.
A realistic and feasible financial proposal will also determine the success of securing the consultancy offer.
Qualifications and Expertise Required

The lead consultant must have a postgraduate degree in Social Sciences, Strategic Management, Business Administration, Development study or a related field.
The consultant team must be composed of professionals with proven experience in disability inclusion, inclusive employment, and diversity management.
Proven experience in the Ethiopian labor market and private sector
Minimum of 5 years relevant professional experience in strategic plan and policy development, preferably for networks, associations, or membership-based organizations.
Experience working with private sector actors and business networks.
Experience with donor-funded projects and results-based management frameworks.
Excellent communication, facilitation, analytical and report-writing skills.
The consultant must hold a valid professional license, renewed registration certificate, and business license with TIN and renewed VAT registration certificate.
