Deliverables

The candidate will be responsible for the full end-to-end development process, including:
Conducting detailed requirements gathering and system mapping
Designing UI/UX for all modules (web and mobile-responsive)
Developing the platform using modern, scalable technologies
Integrating payment, SMS, and email notification systems
Ensuring strong data security, privacy compliance, and access control
Performing unit, integration, UAT, and performance testing
Preparing system documentation, technical manuals, and source code
Training the internal team on platform administration
Maintenance support and post-instalment support
Your Qualification / Skills

Minimum 5 years of experience in full-stack software development firm with Proven expertise in EdTech, marketplaces, or job-matching platforms
A team of a team of program managers, technical, back-end developers, frontend developer, UI/UX Designer, QA /Test Engineer, DevOps Engineer
Your Working Experience

Strong skills in mobile-first design and scalable cloud architecture
Experience working with African or emerging-market digital systems
Knowledge of secure data handling and modern DevOps practices
