Brief Summary

The HST Accounting Technician Training Program (HST-ATTP) is a comprehensive training program designed to equip candidates with the necessary skills and knowledge in accounting and finance. We are seeking highly motivated and talented individuals to apply for a scholarship to join our HST-ATTP. The program aims to develop the skills and competencies of trainees to become proficient accounting technicians, capable of supporting organizations in various industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend classes and participate in training sessions, workshops, and seminars
• Develop a thorough understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and budgeting
• Acquire skills in financial analysis, financial reporting, and auditing
• Apply knowledge and skills in a practical setting through internships or project work
• Collaborate with instructors, peers, and industry professionals to achieve training objectives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field from a recognized Ethiopian university
• Minimum CGPA of 2.5 or higher
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team and adapt to new environments
• Commitment to completing the training program and applying acquired skills in the workplace
• Age limit: 25-35 years old
