Call for Junior Consultant for BRIDGE+ Project

Brief Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Junior Consultant to join our team for the BRIDGE+ project. The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The Junior Consultant will be responsible for providing technical support, conducting research, and assisting in the implementation of project activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research and analysis to inform project decisions and activities
• Provide technical support to the project team, including data collection and analysis
• Assist in the development of project reports, proposals, and other documents
• Coordinate and facilitate meetings, workshops, and other project events
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including government officials, NGOs, and community leaders
• Assist in the monitoring and evaluation of project activities and outcomes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Economics, or International Development
• At least 2 years of experience in project management, research, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders
• Fluency in English, with proficiency in Amharic or other local languages an asset
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and data analysis software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience working on international development projects, particularly in Ethiopia, an asset
