Call for Employee Skill Training Consultant

Brief Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Employee Skill Training Consultant to design and deliver comprehensive training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing training needs, developing training materials, and facilitating training sessions to support the growth and development of our staff. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and areas for improvement
• Design and develop comprehensive training programs, including training materials and manuals
• Deliver training sessions to employees, using a range of methods including classroom training, on-the-job training, and coaching
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement
• Collaborate with management and other stakeholders to ensure training programs align with business objectives
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Education, Psychology, or Business Administration from a recognized Ethiopian university
• Minimum 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a similar industry or sector
• Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate adult learners
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess training needs and develop targeted solutions
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and support
