Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end in-store customer management: Oversee customer reception, demand analysis, tailored service solutions, and follow-up from check-in to vehicle handover. Resolve inquiries promptly to boost conversion rate and enhance service experience.
Manage customer satisfaction and retention: Establish feedback mechanisms, handle complaints, optimize service processes, maintain customer profiles, and organize care activities to drive referrals and reduce churn.
Execute offline customer expansion: Develop local customer resources including car owners, corporate clients, fleet operators, and channel partners. Launch localized acquisition activities to increase visibility and footfall.
Oversee key account operation: Manage development, negotiation, and long-term maintenance of key accounts (corporate fleets, rental/logistics fleets, government clients). Coordinate internal resources to ensure service quality and efficiency.
Track performance and analyze data: Formulate customer development and satisfaction improvement plans aligned with business targets. Monitor operational metrics, prepare analysis reports, and recommend actionable optimizations.
Conduct cross-functional coordination: Collaborate with front desk, technicians, and spare parts teams to ensure smooth service operations. Supervise service standards and maintain brand image in all customer-facing activities.
About You
Job Requirements
Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in automotive after-sales service, auto workshop, car dealership, customer management, or sales management roles.
Strong communication, business development, cross-team coordination, and commercial negotiation skills.
High sense of responsibility, result-oriented mindset, and ability to work under performance pressure.
Familiarity with workflows of customer reception, relationship maintenance, business expansion, and complaint handling.
Candidates with existing local customer, fleet, or corporate client resources will be prioritized.
Educational Background -Bachelor’s degree or Master in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field (required).
