Job Title: Branch Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of branch staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets, expand customer base, and increase market share
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Monitor and control branch expenses, ensuring adherence to budget and optimizing resource utilization
• Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform business decisions
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork, employee engagement, and professional development

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field from a recognized Ethiopian university
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in a banking, financial services, or retail environment
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets, leading teams, and driving business growth
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and risk management
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Fluency in Amharic and English; knowledge of other local languages is an advantage
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines
