Job Title: Branch Manager

Brief Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Branch Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the branch, managing a team of employees, and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement branch business plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base
• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of employees to ensure excellent customer service and high levels of productivity
• Monitor and control branch expenses to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize waste
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders to drive business growth
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field from a recognized Ethiopian university
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a management role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with ability to motivate and inspire employees
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Ability to analyze complex data and make informed business decisions
• Proficiency in MS Office and other business software applications
• Fluency in Amharic and English, with ability to communicate effectively in both languages
