Branch Operation Supervisor

Brief Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Operation Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our branch office. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the branch, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining high levels of productivity and performance. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of branch staff to ensure efficient and effective operation of the branch
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve branch performance and customer satisfaction
• Monitor and control branch expenses to ensure they are within budget and in line with company policies
• Analyze and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and efficiency
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Provide coaching and training to branch staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
• Prepare and submit reports on branch performance and operations to senior management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field from a recognized Ethiopian university
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in a banking, financial services, or related industry
• Proven track record of achieving operational excellence and improving customer satisfaction
• Strong knowledge of banking operations, policies, and procedures
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and banking software
• Fluency in Amharic and English languages is required
• Certificate in banking or a related field from a recognized institution is an advantage
