Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new RMSME customers and expand existing relationships
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities and stay up-to-date on industry trends
- Build and maintain strong relationships with RMSME customers, providing tailored financial solutions and exceptional customer service
- Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with RMSME lending, ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including credit, risk, and marketing teams, to drive business growth and improve customer experience
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets, ensuring alignment with bank strategic objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field from a recognized Ethiopian university
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or relationship management, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong customer relationships
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of Ethiopian banking regulations and industry trends
- Fluency in Amharic and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
