Job Title: Branch Business Relationship Manager – RMSME for Branches Under Hawassa District

Brief Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Business Relationship Manager – RMSME to join our team in Hawassa District. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing business relationships with existing and potential small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) customers in the assigned branches. The goal is to increase business growth, customer satisfaction, and loyalty by providing exceptional service and tailored financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective business development strategies to acquire new SME customers and increase market share in the assigned branches.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing SME customers to increase customer retention and loyalty.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to increase revenue growth and profitability.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about market trends and competitor activity.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and deliver tailored financial solutions that meet the needs of SME customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to SME customers, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer complaints and issues.
  • Monitor and report on business performance, customer satisfaction, and market trends to senior management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field from a recognized Ethiopian university.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, relationship management, or a related field, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and managing business relationships with SME customers.
  • Strong knowledge of the Ethiopian market, economy, and business environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in Amharic and English languages is required, with knowledge of local languages being an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to branches and customer locations in the Hawassa District.
