Job Title: Branch Business Relationship Manager – RMSME for Branches Under Adama District

Brief Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Business Relationship Manager – RMSME to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing business relationships with small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the Adama district, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, sales, and marketing, with a focus on the SME sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective business development strategies to increase market share and revenue growth from SMEs in the Adama district
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential SME clients, identifying their business needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and product teams, to develop and implement sales strategies and campaigns
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, monitoring and reporting on sales performance on a regular basis

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field from a recognized Ethiopian university
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, with a focus on the SME sector
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing effective business development strategies and sales plans
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Fluency in Amharic and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
  • Willingness to travel frequently to the Adama district and surrounding areas, with a valid driver’s license and own vehicle (preferable)
