Job Title: Branch Business Relationship Manager – RMSME – Branch under East Addis District Office
Brief Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Business Relationship Manager to join our team at Beleqet Jobs. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing our business relationships with small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the East Addis District Office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business growth strategies to increase our market share and revenue from SMEs in the East Addis District Office
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, identifying new business opportunities and providing excellent customer service
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and product teams, to develop and implement effective business solutions for SME clients
- Provide training and support to branch staff on SME products and services, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively serve SME clients
- Monitor and report on branch performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field from a recognized Ethiopian university
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
- Proven track record of success in growing business relationships and increasing revenue from SME clients
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify business opportunities and develop effective solutions
- Proficiency in Amharic and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines
