Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business growth strategies to expand our customer base and increase revenue in the South West District Office region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and product teams, to ensure a unified approach to business development.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to optimize results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field from a recognized Ethiopian university.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong understanding of the Ethiopian business environment and market trends, particularly in the South West District Office region.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Amharic and English languages, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop effective business strategies.
  • Experience working with IFB (International Finance Banking) systems and processes is an advantage.
