Branch Business Manager I for South West District

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Business Manager I to oversee our operations in the South West District. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the branch team, driving business growth, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business strategies to achieve branch targets and objectives
• Lead and manage a high-performing team to ensure excellent customer service and achieve sales goals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify business opportunities
• Manage branch operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and risk management
• Monitor and report on branch performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field from a recognized Ethiopian university
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
• Proven track record of achieving business targets and leading high-performing teams
• Strong knowledge of Ethiopian business laws, regulations, and market trends
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new systems and technologies
• Fluency in Amharic and English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage
• Willingness to travel frequently to the South West District and other areas as required
