Brief Summary

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Asset Valuation Expert to conduct a comprehensive valuation of 192 hectares of prime land located in Hambala Wamana, West Guji Zone, Oromia, Ethiopia. The successful bidder will provide an independent and objective assessment of the land’s value, taking into account its potential for agricultural, residential, or commercial development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct a thorough site inspection and analysis of the land’s topography, soil quality, and existing infrastructure
  • Research and analyze market trends, sales data, and other relevant information to determine the land’s value
  • Identify and assess potential risks and limitations associated with the land, such as environmental or zoning restrictions
  • Prepare a comprehensive report detailing the valuation methodology, findings, and conclusions
  • Presentation of the report to stakeholders, including owners, investors, or other interested parties

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Valuation, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field from a recognized Ethiopian university
  • At least 5 years of experience in asset valuation, preferably in the Ethiopian market
  • Professional certification in valuation, such as a Certified Valuer (CV) or Chartered Valuer and Appraiser (CVA)
  • Proven track record of conducting complex valuations and providing high-quality reports
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
  • Familiarity with Ethiopian laws and regulations related to land ownership and valuation
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
