Battery Swapping Site Acquisition Associate/ Location Acquisition Associate

Brief Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Battery Swapping Site Acquisition Associate/ Location Acquisition Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and developing new sites for battery swapping stations across Ethiopia. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct site searches and identify potential locations for battery swapping stations
• Build and maintain relationships with landlords, property owners, and local authorities
• Negotiate lease agreements and ensure compliance with company standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure site development and deployment
• Conduct site visits and assessments to ensure suitability for battery swapping stations
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential sites and track progress
• Provide regular updates and reports to management on site acquisition progress

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized Ethiopian university
• At least 2 years of experience in site acquisition, real estate, or a related field
• Proven track record of successfully acquiring and developing new sites
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with Ethiopian real estate laws and regulations
• Proficiency in Amharic and English languages
• Ability to travel frequently to different parts of the country
