Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges
• Develop and implement market strategies to drive business growth and revenue
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry experts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns and programs
• Provide market insights and recommendations to senior management to inform business decisions
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to improve market strategies and tactics

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized Ethiopian university
• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of success
• Strong understanding of Ethiopian market trends, consumer behavior, and industry developments
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Fluency in Amharic and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
