As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for assembling, testing, and inspecting products to ensure they meet our high-quality standards. Key Responsibilities
- Assemble products according to company specifications and quality standards
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure products are free from defects and meet specifications
- Test and inspect products to ensure they are functioning properly
- Troubleshoot and repair products as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and regulations
- Collaborate with other team members to meet production targets and deadlines
Requirements
- Diploma or Certificate in a relevant field (e.g. mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related technical field) from a recognized Ethiopian institution
- At least 2 years of experience in assembly, manufacturing, or a related field
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of quality control principles and safety protocols
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and diagrams
- Proficiency in Amharic and English languages (spoken and written)
