Job Title: Area Sales Manager Addis Ababa, ASM Bahir Dar

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to lead our sales teams in Addis Ababa and Bahir Dar. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business objectives, managing sales performance, and building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in Addis Ababa and Bahir Dar
• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve their sales targets and develop their skills
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and stakeholders to increase sales and revenue
• Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and challenges
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns and promotional activities
• Manage sales performance, set targets, and provide feedback and coaching to sales team members
• Identify and mitigate sales risks, and develop contingency plans to ensure sales targets are met

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field from a reputable Ethiopian university
• Minimum 5 years of sales management experience in a similar industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Strong knowledge of the Ethiopian market, sales principles, and practices
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a sales team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and market trends
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Fluency in Amharic and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to travel frequently to Addis Ababa and Bahir Dar, with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
