In Ethiopia, CPAR contributes to building inclusive and resilient health systems that respond to the sexual and reproductive health needs and rights of vulnerable communities.
Role Purpose
The Administrative Assistant will provide office, administrative, and HR support to ensure smooth delivery of CPAR-Ethiopia’s projects and programs.
Key Duties
Manage reception, calls, emails, and office correspondence.
Organize meetings, events, and staff travel logistics.
Support procurement processes and manage office supplies.
Oversee office equipment and petty cash handling.
Maintain HR filing systems, timesheets, and leave records.
Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes.
Ensure timely payment of monthly bills and support general administration.
About You
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Science, or related fields.
Minimum 2-5 years of administrative experience, including 2 years in an INGO.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat.
Strong typing, communication, and organizational skills in Amharic and English.
