Branch Business Manager I for Addis Ababa

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Business Manager I to lead our Addis Ababa branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing branch operations, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business strategies to achieve branch targets and objectives
• Manage and supervise branch staff to ensure high levels of performance and productivity
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify business opportunities and challenges
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders
• Monitor and control branch expenses to ensure effective cost management
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to branch staff
• Conduct regular performance reviews and evaluations to ensure branch goals are met

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field from a recognized Ethiopian university
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a management role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
• Proven track record of achieving business targets and leading high-performing teams
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of Ethiopian banking regulations and industry trends
• Fluency in Amharic and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
