Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to expand our corporate client base and increase revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at corporate client organizations
  • Identify new business opportunities and pursue them through effective sales and marketing strategies
  • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to stay ahead of the competition
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop tailored solutions that meet the needs of our corporate clients
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure high levels of client satisfaction
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field from a reputable Ethiopian university
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, relationship management, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and expanding client relationships
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Fluency in English and Amharic, with knowledge of other local languages an added advantage
  • Professional certifications such as MBA, CIMA, or CFA are highly desirable
