INVITATION TO BID (ITB) Supply of Laptop Computer

Brief Summary

Beleqet Jobs is seeking a reliable and experienced supplier to provide high-quality laptop computers for our organization. The successful bidder will be responsible for delivering laptops that meet our technical specifications and requirements. This is an excellent opportunity for suppliers to work with a leading job board in Ethiopia and provide top-notch products that will enhance our operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supply laptop computers that meet the specified technical requirements and standards
• Deliver the laptops to our office location in Addis Ababa within the agreed timeframe
• Provide warranty and after-sales support for the supplied laptops
• Ensure that the laptops are compatible with our existing infrastructure and software systems
• Provide technical support and training to our staff on the use and maintenance of the laptops

Requirements

• Bidders must be registered and licensed to operate in Ethiopia
• Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in supplying IT equipment and accessories
• Must have a good reputation and track record of delivering high-quality products and services
• Must provide proof of tax compliance and VAT registration
• Bidders must submit their bids in a sealed envelope, clearly marked with the ITB reference number and title
• Must have a valid business license from the relevant Ethiopian authorities
