Sales & Marketing Supervisor

Brief Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales & Marketing Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase brand awareness. The Sales & Marketing Supervisor will lead a team of sales and marketing professionals to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives
• Lead and manage a team of sales and marketing professionals to achieve sales targets and expand customer base
• Conduct market research and analyze competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders to drive sales growth
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and services
• Analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions and optimize sales and marketing strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field from a recognized Ethiopian university
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a supervisory role
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret sales data and market trends
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales and marketing software applications
• Fluency in Amharic and English, with ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
