Jr. ERP Business Analyst

Job Description

Brief Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Jr. ERP Business Analyst to join our team. As a Jr. ERP Business Analyst, you will play a key role in analyzing, designing, and implementing business solutions using our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. You will work closely with various stakeholders to identify business needs, gather requirements, and develop solutions to improve business processes and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and identify opportunities for process improvements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
• Design and develop business solutions using our ERP system
• Test and deploy new system configurations and enhancements
• Provide training and support to end-users on new system functionality
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and user manuals
• Participate in project meetings and provide status updates to stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field from a recognized Ethiopian university
• At least 1 year of experience in ERP implementation, business analysis, or related field
• Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with stakeholders
• Proficiency in Amharic and English languages (spoken and written)
• Experience with business process re-engineering and improvement
• Certification in ERP, business analysis, or related field is an asset
