Spa Manager

Brief Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our luxurious spa facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in spa management, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to lead a team of therapists and support staff to deliver exceptional spa experiences to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and increase revenue
  • Manage and supervise a team of spa therapists, receptionists, and other support staff
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, treatments, and services to ensure seamless operations
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of customer service, cleanliness, and safety in the spa
  • Control expenses, manage budgets, and optimize profitability
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to promote the spa and its services
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve spa operations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized Ethiopian university
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in spa management or a related field, with a proven track record of success
  • Professional certification in spa management or a related field, such as a diploma in spa therapy or a certification from the International Spa Association
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team
  • Strong business acumen, with experience in budgeting, financial management, and revenue growth
  • Fluency in English and Amharic, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required
