Multilingual (Italian/French/Dutch) Speaker- Operations Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Multilingual Operations Officer to join our team. As a Multilingual Operations Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our operations team, communicating with clients and stakeholders in Italian, French, and Dutch, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide operational support to the team, including data entry, document management, and record-keeping
  • Communicate with clients and stakeholders in Italian, French, and Dutch via phone, email, and in-person
  • Translate documents and materials from English to Italian, French, and Dutch, and vice versa
  • Assist with logistics and coordination of events, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve operational goals and objectives

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business Administration, International Relations, Languages, or equivalent)
  • Fluency in Italian, French, and Dutch, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal
  • At least 2 years of experience in an operational or administrative role, preferably in a multilingual environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Suite
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience with data entry, document management, and record-keeping
  • Knowledge of Ethiopian labor laws and regulations is an asset
