Key Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is tidy and organized at all times
- Greet and welcome visitors, providing exceptional customer service and responding to their inquiries
- Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls, emails, and messages in a professional and efficient manner
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and events, and maintain accurate records
- Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, visitors, and external partners
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Secretarial Studies, Office Administration, or a related field from a recognized Ethiopian university or college
- At least 2 years of experience in a front desk or administrative role, preferably in a similar industry
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English and Amharic; knowledge of other local languages is an advantage
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail
