Job Title: Front Desk Officer

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is tidy and organized at all times
  • Greet and welcome visitors, providing exceptional customer service and responding to their inquiries
  • Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls, emails, and messages in a professional and efficient manner
  • Coordinate appointments, meetings, and events, and maintain accurate records
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, visitors, and external partners

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Secretarial Studies, Office Administration, or a related field from a recognized Ethiopian university or college
  • At least 2 years of experience in a front desk or administrative role, preferably in a similar industry
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in English and Amharic; knowledge of other local languages is an advantage
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail
