Call for Consultancy

Brief Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled consultant to provide expert advice and guidance to our organization. The successful candidate will have a strong background in their field of expertise and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for growth and development
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve organizational goals and objectives
• Provide expert advice and guidance to senior management and other stakeholders
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and other events to build capacity and promote knowledge sharing
• Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement new initiatives and projects
• Monitor and evaluate progress, identifying areas for improvement and providing feedback and recommendations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, economics, international development) from a recognized Ethiopian university
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Fluency in English and Amharic, with strong writing and presentation skills
• Experience working with international organizations, NGOs, or private sector companies is an asset
• Strong knowledge of Ethiopian laws, regulations, and cultural context is an advantage
