Job Title: Manager – Service & Parts

Brief Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Manager – Service & Parts to lead our service and parts team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the service and parts department, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving business growth. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to improve service and parts sales, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency
• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of service advisors, technicians, and parts personnel to achieve departmental goals and objectives
• Monitor and control departmental budgets, including labor, parts, and overhead costs
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders
• Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
• Implement and maintain effective inventory management systems to minimize stockouts and overstocking

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Automotive Management, or a related field from a recognized Ethiopian university
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably in a service and parts management role
• Proven track record of success in managing a team and driving business growth
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems, parts, and service operations
• Familiarity with Ethiopian automotive industry regulations and standards
• Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn and use other software applications
• Fluency in Amharic and English; other languages are an asset
