Sales Branches under Dire Dawa District

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base in the Dire Dawa District
• Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure they meet their sales targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, identifying new business opportunities and increasing sales revenue
• Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and customer engagement
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, and report on sales performance to senior management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized Ethiopian university
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in a leadership or management role
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding customer bases
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement
• Fluency in Amharic and English, with knowledge of local languages (such as Oromo or Somali) an advantage
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel throughout the Dire Dawa District, as required
