Job Description

Candidate Requirements

Experience:10 to 15+ years of proven experience in store management.
Industry Focus: A solid background in a Manufacturing or Engineering setup is mandatory. Candidates from retail or service sectors will not be considered.
Technical Mastery:Proficiency in ERP software (SAP MM, Oracle SCM, Tally Prime, or bespoke Manufacturing ERPs).
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs for data reconciliation).
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Supply Chain Management, or a Diploma in Material Management.
Core Competencies

High Integrity: Ability to manage high-value assets with zero tolerance for shrinkage or pilferage.
Analytical Skills: Ability to forecast material requirements based on production schedules.
Leadership: Experience in managing a team of store keepers, loaders, and data entry operators.
