Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the national office space experience management function, ensuring overall business results of the IFM portfolio.
Plan, implement, and manage office space experience strategies to optimize employee satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Manage contract fulfillment, ensuring vendors and service providers meet agreed-upon standards and KPIs.
Oversee onsite experience management, including monitoring day-to-day operations, addressing issues, and enhancing workspace utilization.
Conduct risk management by identifying potential operational, safety, or compliance risks and implementing mitigation plans.
Monitor and control costs within the assigned local area, ensuring efficient resource allocation and budget adherence.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective facility solutions.
Continuously evaluate and improve processes, technology, and service delivery related to office space experience.
About You
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong understanding of IFM concepts and best practices.
Proven experience in office space or facilities management, ideally in a multi-site or national context.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with vendors, stakeholders, and teams.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, budgets, and risk factors simultaneously.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Chinese is a plus/preferred.
