Job Description

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Social Science, or related fields
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in communications, with a focus on disability inclusion or accessibility.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven experience developing accessible communication materials
High level of discretion and confidentiality
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
National language: Amharic(mandatory), preferred (Afaan Oromo and/or Afaan somali)
Foreign Language: English (mandatory), (preferred (Arabic and/or French)
Time management and prioritization
Strong interpersonal skills
Adaptability and resilience
