About You
Legally registered and qualified Contractors with proven expertise and relevant experience are invited to participate in this tender. Eligible bidders must possess valid and appropriate qualifications, specifically Electromechanical Works Contractor Grade 5 and above with Water Works Contractor Grade 5 and above (for Lot 1) and Water Works Contractor Grade 5 and above (for Lot 2).
The Bidder shall demonstrate compliance with applicable financial and tax regulations by possessing a registered cash register machine or an officially approved QR code-based receipt system.
Bidders shall also provide evidence of similar work experience, supported by recommendation letters issued by recognized INGOs or Government Organizations.

The request must be compiled by the following documents:
A scanned copy of the bank payment advice as proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB 500.00 (Five Hundred Ethiopian Birr). The payment shall be made to:Account Name: Swiss Church Aid (HEKS/EPER)

The payment advice must clearly indicate the reference number of this specific tender.
A valid copy of the bidder’s trade license.
A copy of the bidder’s identification (ID).
Requests for bidding documents will be accepted from April 2, 2026, to April 23, 2026.
All submissions must be made electronically through procurement.eth@heks-eper.org including a scanned copy of the 1% CPO in the Admin and financial document folder.
Bidders are required to demonstrate their site assessment and inspection report of the work, design, technical specifications, activity schedule and their technical capacity by attaching related work experience in the technical offer document.
The filled Bill of Quantities must be submitted in the format provided with the tender documents, including a unit price and adding 15% VAT to the total amount. Changes to the given quantity and specifications are not allowed; bids that do so will be rejected.
All rates and amounts entered in the Bill of Quantities, or any other documents must be expressed in Ethiopian Birr (ETB).
