Zonal Branch Head

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Zonal Branch Head to oversee the overall operations of our branch in a specific zone. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to achieve business objectives and expand the branch’s market share
• Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure their success
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and partners to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
• Oversee the management of the branch’s finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and risk management
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and procedures
• Identify and mitigate risks, and implement measures to minimize losses and optimize returns
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals and objectives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field from a recognized Ethiopian university
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
• Proven track record of achieving business objectives and leading high-performing teams
• Strong knowledge of Ethiopian banking laws, regulations, and industry standards
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and make informed decisions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
• Fluency in Amharic and English; knowledge of other local languages is an advantage
