Showroom Supervisor

Brief Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Showroom Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our showroom. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the showroom is always well-presented, and that customers receive exceptional service. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of showroom staff to ensure that customers receive excellent service and that the showroom is always well-presented
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and promote the company’s products
• Conduct regular stock takes and ensure that the showroom is adequately stocked with products and marketing materials
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to promote the company’s brand and products
• Monitor and analyze sales trends, customer feedback, and other data to identify areas for improvement and optimize showroom operations
• Ensure that the showroom is always clean, tidy, and well-maintained, and that all health and safety procedures are followed

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Marketing, or Sales
• At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in a retail or sales environment
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and promoting products effectively
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of initiative and self-motivation
• Familiarity with Ethiopian retail laws and regulations, as well as industry standards and best practices
• Proficiency in Amharic and English, with knowledge of other local languages an advantage
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances and priorities
