Senior Quality Control

Brief Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Control professional to join our team in Ethiopia. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing effective quality control processes. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with quality control processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address quality-related issues
• Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed
• Provide training and guidance to staff on quality control processes and procedures
• Develop and manage quality control metrics and reports to measure performance and progress

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field from a recognized Ethiopian university
• At least 5 years of experience in quality control, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems and standards, such as ISO 9001
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in MS Office and quality control software applications
• Certifications such as CQA (Certified Quality Auditor) or CQE (Certified Quality Engineer) are an added advantage
