Job Title: Senior Partnership Officer

Brief Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Partnership Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with key stakeholders to drive business growth and achieve organizational goals. This is a senior role that requires strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement partnership strategies to achieve business objectives
• Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities with key stakeholders
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners
• Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and effective implementation of partnership initiatives
• Monitor and evaluate partnership performance and provide recommendations for improvement
• Represent the organization in external meetings and events

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field from a recognized Ethiopian university
• Minimum 5 years of experience in partnership development, business development, or related field
• Proven track record of developing and maintaining strategic partnerships
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Fluency in English and Amharic (spoken and written)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other related software
