Job Title: Senior Marketing Executive

Brief Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Marketing Executive to lead our marketing team in developing and executing innovative marketing campaigns that drive business growth and increase brand visibility. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering successful marketing strategies and a deep understanding of the Ethiopian market.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives
• Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals to ensure effective execution of marketing campaigns
• Conduct market research and analyze market trends to identify opportunities and challenges
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives
• Manage and optimize marketing budgets to achieve maximum ROI
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media partners, vendors, and industry leaders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field from a reputable Ethiopian university
• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a senior marketing role
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns in Ethiopia
• Strong understanding of the Ethiopian market and consumer behavior
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret market data and trends
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software, including CRM and social media management tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
