About You
Minimum Qualification

Education

A Bachelor’s degree in Management, International Business, Marketing Management, Business Administration, Economics, Project Management, or any related field from a recognized higher learning institution is required or, a TVET diploma in any field is acceptable.
Experience

Candidates with a Bachelor’s degree must have at least three (3) years of progressive experience in import and export documentation. TVET diploma holders must have at least six (6) years of progressive experience in junior to mid-level import officer roles.
Other attributes

• Familiarity with customs regulations and international trade procedures.
• Understanding of import and export laws, directives, and compliance requirements.
• Manages multiple shipments and documentation processes simultaneously.
• Coordinates corrective actions with suppliers, banks, freight forwarders, and customs authorities.
• Prioritizes tasks based on shipment schedules and business needs.
